How We Work

Discovery Call

Intake Form

Prospective clients fill out our intake form (HERE) to the best of their ability, and our team reviews it within two business days.

If we feel we could be a potential fit, we will reach out to schedule a discovery call. If we can't offer what you're looking for, we will do our best to refer you to someone who we believe could better support you.

Proposal Submission

During our call, we will assess your needs, clarify details, answer questions, and review our process.

If we mutually believe we could work well together, we will begin to work on a proposal that meets the agreed upon scope of work, timeline, and budget.

If moving forward to this phase, we will submit a proposal within four business days that includes a defined scope of work, detailed timeline, costs, options, and intended results.

Typically, we reserve the time and pricing for up between 14 and 30 days depending on the size of the project.

OUR PROCESS

Research Phase

New Client Onboarding

As we kick off our time together, we go through our detailed Client Onboarding Guide and our Client Lounge (the online portal for clients) with you to cover everything you may need to know about how we work and the support we'll provide.

We will also determine the best days/times for meetings, send out calendar notices, set up our Asana board, and get to work.

Project Phase

Research is a non-negotiable at Cultivate & Engage. The quality of our research is a true differentiator, and any project (short-term, long-term, retainer, interim) must go through this phase.

Sometimes, clients want to rush this process, but please trust us to do what we do best - you won't be disappointed in the outcome.

Time to get to work! Whether it's strategy, kicking off interim projects or retainer services, our assigned team members hit the ground running.

During this phase, you will receive weekly reports and will meet with your account rep on a regular basis.

Final Presentation/Handover

Refinement Phase

For short-term and long-term projects, this is the phase where we refine all deliverables. We've received your feedback, discussed likes and dislikes, reviewed goals, strategies, challenges, and opportunities, and we shift into wrapping up the project.

For retainer and interim work, we are constantly refining based on your weekly or monthly feedback. 

Support Phase

During our final presentation, we'll review everything we learned, everything we worked on, our accomplishments, and the deliverables. We will also go over any challenges you may want to address, as well as recommendations we may have.

You will receive all final assets in this phase. Details on how to save everything to your own drive are provided in the Client Lounge.

For all projects, we offer 30 days of additional support at no charge. We know that you may not have the opportunity to digest everything we've shared and questions may come up two or three weeks after we've signed off. We want to support you and are happy to respond.

Note: after the final sign-off, changes to any assets or deliverable will be charged at our current hourly rate.
